In our first meeting, I provided an overview of our preschool and PAT programs, as well as a focus on school safety measures and protocols. In the second meeting, we focused on student learning, which included Learning Without Tears, Conscious Discipline, Seesaw, and more. Our NEXT PAC meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 5:30pm to 7pm in the Boardroom at Central Office. We will have childcare during that time for children who are potty trained and behave well. Please email me to RSVP that you will be in attendance by including your name, child's name, and if you need childcare and if yes, how many children. I will send out one more reminder. Thank you.

Our "Snowy Storytelling" group connection event is coming up on Thursday, January 23rd, from 6pm to 7pm at our Early Childhood Center! It is an outstanding event full of interaction with our storyteller who will also be singing and providing fun activities!
We have an amazing buildings and grounds team at Hancock Place! They've been plowing and shoveling our schools and we are excited to start the second semester tomorrow! Everyone take it slow and be patient as melted snow will refreeze overnight #hpsdtigers #weareopen
Such wonderful volunteers, staff, and parents GIVING to provide others with support and encouragement! Surprised visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus too! Thanks to the parent and family friends who donated items! Special thanks to the Lemay Retirement Club/Organization, Santa, and Mrs. Claus!

We had 9 parents and 3 staff members in attendance to learn, discuss, and provide input regarding important agenda and non-agenda items. Children are welcome to dress up in their costumes, but it is not required. We will have candy, chalk, bubbles, playground will be open, and we have a fun Halloween Photo Frame that you can use for pictures!
This will be the second year in a row in which this event is being hosted at our Hancock Place Elementary School. Hope to see you and your children present! Reminder that our preschool and PAT families are invited to the Fall Fun Night group connection event this evening at the Early Childhood Center location from 6pm to 7pm. We will have the Kona Ice Truck on site to provide every attendee with a shaved ice treat! The playground will be open and children can play with chalk and bubbles too! Each attendee will receive a ticket for their free shaved ice treat to use as they exit the event. See you this evening!
